Blood Manor BLOOD MANOR IS LOCATED
IN THE HEART OF NYC’S HUDSON SQUARE DISTRICT AT 163 VARICK STREET
SUBWAY - TAKE THE 1 TRAIN TO HOUSTON STREET OR THE C or E TRAIN TO SPRING STREET. BLOOD MANOR IS A FEW BLOCKS FROM EITHER STOP AT 163 VARICK STREET IN THE HEART OF NYC’S HUDSON SQUARE DISTRICT.
BUS- TAKE THE M20 BUS TO THE VARICK STREET STOP IN FRONT OF BLOOD MANOR.
There are two types of tickets to BLOOD MANOR NYC’S Premier Haunted Attraction
GENERAL ADMISSION E-TICKET
$30 plus a $3.50 handling fee can be purchased in advance by phone (212-290-2825) or on-line using any major credit or debit card.
GENERAL ADMISSION AT-THE-DOOR
General Admission can also be purchased at the door For $35 only on nights when BLOOD MANOR is open and are good only on the night purchased. AT THE DOOR TICKETS MAY BE PAID FOR IN CASH OR WITH ANY MAJOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. At the door sales will be limited depending upon the number of advance tickets sold for that evening’s show.
R.I.P. EXPRESS ENTRY TICKETS
SPECIAL REDUCED WAITING TIME QUEUE $45 plus $3.50 HANDLING FEE

Blood Manor is a continuous walk-through attraction. There are no set times to arrive. You may come at any time during operating hours on the night of your visit.
1.WHAT IS BLOOD MANOR?
BLOOD MANOR is a first class Haunted Attraction comprised of approximately 5,000 square feet of themed rooms, corridors, and a labrinth of passageways designed to to maximize one’s fears.
2. IS IT A RIDE?
No. The journey through BLOOD MANOR is on foot.
3. IS IT SCARY?
Yes. BLOOD MANOR is designed to be intense, creepy and “scream inducing”.
4. IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
BLOOD MANOR is not recommended for children under 14 years of age and is certainly not appropriate for young children. It is designed to be “cutting edge” in presentation and content. While children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, there will be no refunds after a ticket is purchased and a patron has entered the Manor.
5. IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC DRESS REQUIREMENT TO GO TO BLOOD MANOR?
NO, Except that we recommend that you do not wear white or expensive clothing. During your journey it is posssible that you might inadvertently or accidently come in contact with one of our performers or a prop or decoration that has make up or stage blood on them. While it is all water soluable, it is more practical to avoid this type of clothing.
6. DOES ANYONE TOUCH YOU?
No. The cast of BLOOD MANOR is trained not to touch any patron. Likewise, you will be instructed not to touch any actor or any of the props or decorations in the Manor. If you do, you will be immediately removed from the attraction by security personnel and no refund will be given.
7. CAN I LEAVE BLOOD MANOR IF I FEEL IT IS TOO SCARY?
Yes. There are emergency exits you can use with the direction of a cast member – however, there will be no refund.
8. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED WITH ANY OTHER LIMITATIONS BEFORE I BUY A TICKET?
Yes. BLOOD MANOR is not recommended for people with heart or back problems, pregnant women, people prone to seizures or anyone who has an affliction that is made worse by fear, anxiety or flashing lights.
9. HOW MANY PEOPLE GO THROUGH BLOOD MANOR AT A TIME?
Normally, patrons go through in groups of 6

14. ARE THERE LONG LINES?
In order to minimize your wait time, it is strongly recommended that you arrive at the MANOR early in the month and arrive before 8pm. Due to overwhelming demand for tickets, we also strongly recommend that you purchase advance tickets by phone or on-line to GUARANTEE entrance to the MANOR for the night of your ticket.
15. HOW LONG DOES THE JOURNEY LAST?
Depends on how scared you get. But your sojourn through BLOOD MANOR is usually about 20 minutes.

17. IS BLOOD MANOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE?
